I See SOS Connection Error Constantly on My 2022 Mercedes C200 4MATIC Screen

I own a 2022 Mercedes-Benz C200 4MATIC, and from day one I expected premium quality and reliability from a brand like Mercedes. But instead, I’m stuck staring at a constant SOS warning on the screen, accompanied by a “Connection Error” message that refuses to go away.
This issue is not just cosmetic—it directly affects the emergency SOS feature, which is supposed to be there for our safety. If I can’t rely on it in a real emergency, then what’s the point of having it in the first place? Why install a button that doesn't work?
It’s extremely disappointing that a brand known for luxury can sell vehicles with unresolved tech issues and then fail to take proper responsibility. You can market and sell these vehicles just fine, but where is the support when something goes wrong?
This is absolutely unacceptable for a premium carmaker. I urge Mercedes-Benz to fix this issue immediately. I want the SOS system to function properly, and I want to stop seeing this distracting and concerning error on my dashboard. As a loyal customer, I deserve better. Stand behind your vehicles and provide the quality and safety you promise.
The attention and service after the complaint was very good, I recommend it. Thank you...
