Mercedes Wants to Charge Me for an Unusable SOS System

For approximately the past nine months, my 2018 Mercedes-Benz E220 has continuously displayed an SOS system malfunction ...warning. The SOS indicator remains illuminated on the dashboard, and the display repeatedly shows that the system is not functioning. This constant warning is distracting while dri
