I Can't Retrieve Purchased Items in Point Blank After Deletion

My purchased items in Point Blank were deleted by my brother, and now I can't recover them despite paying for them. They... are refusing to restore my items even though I've already paid. I find this system unacceptable. It's unfair, and I want this issue resolved promptly, or I will take legal action.
