Zara Refusing Refund for Item Sent with Tag Missing, Unfairly Blaming Me
I received a Zara order where one of the items had its tag and label already detached. Despite this, they are blaming me... and refusing to issue a refund. They said they would return the product to me instead of processing my refund. This is incredibly unfair—why would I return an item without its tag
