Zara Refusing Refund for Item Sent with Tag Missing, Unfairly Blaming Me
I received a Zara order where one of the items had its tag and label already detached. Despite this, they are blaming me and refusing to issue a refund. They said they would return the product to me instead of processing my refund. This is incredibly unfair—why would I return an item without its tag when I ordered multiple products in perfect condition? I didn’t send the item back in this condition, and I refuse to accept this treatment. Zara needs to take responsibility for this mistake and provide my refund. Order number: 5340*****61, ref 4770/646. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
