Cvwizard Unauthorized Charge After CV Download

I recently used Cvwizard to update and download my CV. While using the application, it was clearly indicated as free. On...ly once I had completed my CV did the app state that I needed to pay R19 in order to download it. Because I urgently needed my CV at that moment, I proceeded with the R19 payment.
