"Good day, your customer representative Ms. Berna contacted me. Despite being told that the authorized service would get in touch with me, no one has called or inquired until now. My fruits and vegetables in the back of the car will spoil; do you want us to have to sell the car as well? It is impossible to understand your concept of customer satisfaction. We bought a BMW for premium service, but you are providing worse service than Renault service. We are leaving our work and dealing with such issues!"
