Enuygun Payment Error Resulted in Triple Charges and No Reservation

I attempted to book a triple room at Aura Marina Hotel through the Enuygun app for August 8–9. At approximately 9:16 PM ...today, I proceeded to the payment page, entered my card details, and clicked "Pay." Each time I attempted the payment, the system displayed an error message stating that "an error
