Enuygun Payment Error Resulted in Triple Charges and No Reservation

I attempted to book a triple room at Aura Marina Hotel through the Enuygun app for August 8–9. At approximately 9:16 PM today, I proceeded to the payment page, entered my card details, and clicked "Pay." Each time I attempted the payment, the system displayed an error message stating that "an error has occurred during the transaction" and returned me to the previous screen. Because I believed the payment had not gone through, I tried the transaction several times.

Shortly afterward, I noticed that the hotel was fully booked and realized that my reservation had never been confirmed. Despite this, my bank card was charged three separate times by Enuygun.com, with each transaction being approximately $59 (original charge: ₺2,813), resulting in a substantial total charge. No reservation number, booking confirmation, or confirmation email was ever generated for any of these transactions.

As a result, I have neither a confirmed hotel reservation nor access to the room I attempted to book, while my bank card has been charged three times. I request that all three unauthorized charges resulting from this system error be canceled immediately, that the full amount be refunded to my card without delay, and that I receive a written explanation regarding the cause of this issue and the status of my refund.
