Agoda.com Booking Issues—No Support and Freezing Room Conditions
I booked a room through Agoda.com, but when I arrived, the conditions were terrible—the room was freezing, and I was at ...risk of getting sick. I contacted the hotel, and they moved me to another room, yet the same problem continued. The worst part is there’s no way to reach Agoda’s customer service.
