The tickets I bought from Aeroflot before the pandemic were converted into e-vouchers and a cash refund was approved a f...ew months ago. Despite the company's central approval, the Istanbul accounting unit does not pay fees. Completely arbitrary. Even though I received approval from Aeroflot headquart
