I'm deeply frustrated with Booking.com. We rented two apartments at Kotor Apartments Casa di Cattaro for June 28 - July ...1, 2024, with free cancellation and no prepayment required. We canceled within the allowed time, and Booking confirmed the cancellation. However, the full amount was still charged
