I am filing this complaint against Melbet regarding serious issues with both my withdrawal and deposits, and the lack of any proper response from their side. My withdrawal has been stuck for the last 7 days and I have still not received the money in my bank account. Melbet keeps saying that the withdrawal was successful, but in reality no amount has been credited to me. To prove this, I even provided my bank statement showing that no such credit was received, yet they continue to repeat that everything is fine and are not actually resolving the issue. In addition to this, I deposited 441 and 1000 through their platform. These amounts were deducted from my bank account and credited to the agent account, but Melbet is still claiming that the money was not received on their side. This means my money has gone out of my bank, but is not showing properly in my Melbet account, and they are not taking responsibility for it. I consider this situation extremely serious and unacceptable. I request that all my pending amounts, including the stuck withdrawal and the deposits of 441 and 1000, be immediately investigated and either credited correctly to my account or fully refunded to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong and why my funds were mishandled despite providing proof from my bank. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Melbet, and I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
