On June 7, 2025, at 10:50 PM, I submitted a ₺1,100 deposit request to my Melbet account. Nearly 9–10 hours have passed, and the money still hasn’t been added to my account. This is completely unacceptable for a platform that deals with real money.
I contacted live support, and all they could say was that there’s a “technical issue” and my request is still in the queue. They claim the relevant team will resolve it soon, but nothing has changed. Worse, the live support team responds slowly and shows little to no interest in actually helping.
Melbet, I expect immediate action. You took my money—now process the deposit. If this is how you treat your users, I will stop using your platform altogether. Fix this now or lose another customer.
