I am writing this complaint regarding my Melbet account with ID 1523376469, which I access from Kazakhstan. Since this afternoon, I have been unable to log in because the OTP codes from your side are not being delivered. As the OTP is required to access the account, I am completely blocked from logging in and therefore cannot withdraw my funds. There is a balance of 281 USDT in my Melbet account that I am currently unable to withdraw, only because of this OTP issue. I contacted your customer support several times and was first told to wait, then asked to send an email, then instructed to switch off my mobile, and finally asked to provide many documents. I have followed all these instructions and submitted all the requested documents, but I still cannot log in, and nothing has been resolved. I request that my account with ID 1523376469 be immediately restored, the OTP problem be fixed without any further delay, and that I be allowed to withdraw the full 281 USDT in my balance. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my access to my account to be permanently secured so that similar problems do not occur again.
