Binomo Deposit Not Credited – ₹27,578 Missing After Paytm Payment

On March 3, 2026, I made a UPI deposit of 27,578.67 INR to my Binomo account through Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but even after approximately 25 days, it has neither been credited to my Binomo balance nor refunded.

I contacted customer support and was only told that they have not received the funds, even though my Paytm account clearly shows that the amount was debited. I was not provided with any clear solution, and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that this transaction of 27,578.67 INR be urgently investigated and that the full amount be credited to my Binomo balance as soon as possible.
