Freecash Account is Restricted, Withdrawal Has Been Rejected
I registered a Freecash account via mobile browser using my email and used it for about three to four days, mainly by completing questionnaires and similar tasks. Around March 20, when I tried for the first time to withdraw my earnings of about 11 USD to cryptocurrency, my account was restricted, and the system asked me to complete identity verification. Following the instructions, I uploaded my ID card as requested, but every time I complete the upload, the verification fails directly without giving any clear reason, such as an unclear photo or mismatched information. Since the restriction, I have not been able to withdraw any funds, and my account remains blocked in this status. On March 20, I contacted the live support on the Freecash website and explained that I could not withdraw and asked them to help resolve the verification issue. After that, the live agent stopped replying. I then sent an email to [email protected]. In the email reply, I was told my issue would be handled, and later, a support agent also told me they would contact me within two days to resolve it. However, when I contacted live support again on March 23, no one replied to me anymore, and my follow‑up email describing that no one was responding has also not received any answer. At this point, my identity verification keeps failing without explanation, my account remains restricted, and my 11 USD balance cannot be withdrawn even though I spent time and effort completing questionnaires on the platform. I request that Freecash manually review my account and identity verification as soon as possible, lift the unjust restriction, and allow me to withdraw my balance, or at least provide a clear and reasonable written explanation if they believe they cannot do so.
