I am writing to raise a serious complaint about my Melbet account and withdrawal, as I believe I am being unfairly deprived of access to both my money and my account. My Melbet account, with ID 8136731734, was blocked for identity verification, and on 27 January, I immediately sent an email to your team to cooperate with the process. I was asked to provide my identity card, a picture of me holding the same identity card, and the phone showing our email exchange, as well as the transaction history from my bank account showing the deposits I made into my Melbet account. I provided every single document and piece of information requested. After that, I was informed that I would need to complete a video verification before I could regain access to my account. However, for the past 15 days, there has been constant back and forth without any real progress. I keep asking to be allowed to do the video verification, to have my account access restored, or to receive a refund of my money, but the only response I receive by email is that I should “wait” and that you will get back to me. During this period, my account remains blocked, even though I was running games at the time my account was restricted. At the moment, about 500,000 naira of my funds are stuck in my Melbet account, and I find it completely unacceptable that for half a month, you are able to reply to my emails only to tell me to be patient, yet you do not allow me to access my own account or my money. This situation makes your platform feel unsafe and untrustworthy, and it gives the impression that my funds are simply being held without justification. I request that my verification be completed without any further delay, my account access restored, and my 500,000 naira made fully available to me, or alternatively that my balance be refunded to me in full. I expect a clear and final resolution to this issue as soon as possible, instead of further generic responses asking me to wait.
