On April 24, 2025, I made a deposit to my Melbet account using the Garanti Bankası payment method, but the funds never appeared in my account. I reached out to live support, but all I get are automated responses. I’ve also emailed them, but again, I only receive template replies with no real solution.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue. Back on March 31, 2025, I had the same problem. Despite sending over 30 emails and providing my payment receipt, it took them 4 full days to even look at one document. The process back then took 5 days to resolve, and only after I filed a complaint on Şikayetvar.
Now it’s happening again. Melbet, how many times do users have to chase you down just to have their own money credited? I demand that my deposit be reflected in my account immediately. You cannot run a platform where users’ funds vanish and support does nothing but stall with auto replies. Fix this now—I won’t wait another 5 days.
