Instamatch99 Withdrawal Not Received Despite Successful Status

On 3 October 2026 at around 01:55 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of ₹2,000 from my Instamatch99 account via bank transfer. In the Instamatch99 interface this withdrawal is shown as “successful” with order ID WL186438428, but in reality it is still pending and I have not received the money. Since then I have repeatedly contacted Instamatch99 support. Each time I am told to “wait 24 hours,” then “3–4 days,” and now again “24 hours,” but nothing has changed and the payment has still not been completed or reversed. I request that the ₹2,000 withdrawal with order ID WL186438428 be either credited to my bank account without any further delay or immediately reversed back to my Instamatch99 gaming wallet so that my funds are not blocked any longer.
