I deposited 650 JOD into my Melbet account on March 28 using my usual e-wallet method.
The amount was deducted from my wallet immediately, but it has still not been credited to my Melbet balance, so I am unable to use my own funds on the platform.
I carefully checked all payment details and confirmed that everything was entered correctly. I also contacted Melbet customer support and provided proof of payment, including a screenshot from my phone, but I have not received any response or solution so far.
I request that my payment be urgently reviewed and that the 650 JOD deposit be credited to my Melbet account without further delay. If this is not possible, I request that the amount be refunded to my original payment method.
