Melbet Cash Withdrawal Approved But Not Received

I have an urgent problem with a withdrawal from my Melbet account to my Vodafone Cash e‑wallet in Egypt. Earlier today I requested a withdrawal of 8,045 using the Vodafone Cash option, and the status in my Melbet account later changed to “approved.” In the messages section it is also stated that the agent has sent the money, but nothing has arrived in my Vodafone Cash wallet. I have used the same Vodafone Cash e‑wallet for previous withdrawals from Melbet and those were completed successfully, so this delay is unusual and worrying. I contacted Melbet customer support and they only told me to wait three hours, but even after this time the money has still not been credited to my wallet. The transaction number for this withdrawal is 4528755377, and this issue is directly affecting my financial obligations because I urgently need access to these funds. I request that this withdrawal be processed and credited to my Vodafone Cash e‑wallet immediately, or that the payment status be urgently investigated and resolved without any further delay, so that I can receive the 8,045 that has been marked as approved in my account.
