At first, support told me there were “technical issues,” and then they said the request was “under review.” What kind of review could there be when I’m already verified and have submitted all the required documents? It feels like they’re just trying to stall me. The amount isn’t large, but it’s the principle that matters. I don’t understand why they make withdrawals so difficult if they intend to pay out eventually. If this continues, I’ll have to stop using Melbet.
