Melbet Blocked My Account After ₺5000 Deposit Without Any Explanation

My Melbet account was suddenly blocked without any reason or explanation. Today, I deposited ₺5000 into my account, and I still have both the receipt and the transaction number as proof. However, right after the deposit, I was unable to use my balance. I cannot place bets in the sports section, cannot play in the casino, and most importantly, I cannot withdraw my funds. My account has been completely restricted, and I find this treatment to be unfair.

I contacted Melbet customer service regarding the issue. They asked me to provide a PDF copy of my deposit receipt and my payment account details. I submitted all the requested documents accurately and completely, yet the only responses I received were robotic and unhelpful. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a problem on the platform.

I am demanding that my account be fully reinstated, that my ₺5000 balance be made available again, and that I regain the freedom to withdraw my money without further obstruction. A legitimate platform should not block users right after they deposit funds, and Melbet must resolve this situation immediately.

There is still no progress, the email departments are quite uninterested. They say they will handle it with a very insincere attitude on Şikayetvar, but of course, this is also a lie. Approaching this site is misleading; it is a deceptive site.
