I made my first three deposits from my personal account and even sent the bank statement that was needed, but I keep getting the same message from Melbet and no real answer. It seems unfair that they would disregard me after I gave them all the information they asked for. I just want them to look over my case carefully and offer me a clear answer instead of making me wait without any news.

I registered and verified my account on Melbet via their website, but my verification has been pending for about three months despite repeatedly following their instructions. They keep asking me to take a selfie holding my document near my face, with my computer or mobile device next to me showing the inbox messages from their security department. I have provided all the requested documents and complied with their format, yet they continue to delay the process with the same reason and are not allowing me to withdraw my funds.
I feel harassed and treated unfairly, as it seems they are purposely delaying my verification and no one from the company appears to be taking real responsibility or action. This situation has caused me a lot of stress and has completely destroyed my trust in their platform.
My clear request is that Melbet immediately completes my verification, allows me to withdraw all of my money, and then closes my account, as I no longer wish to maintain any relationship with them. I also expect a written explanation for this prolonged delay and inappropriate treatment.
