On January 7, 2026, at around 10:00 in the morning, I deposited ₺5,000 from my Garanti Bank account into my Megabahis account with the username “Muratm***” via bank transfer. The money was credited to my Megabahis balance and I started playing slot games. While I was playing, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. When my account was later unblocked, I saw that my entire balance had been completely deleted. Although SMS security is active on my account, no information or justification was provided regarding the loss of my balance. When I contacted live support, I was repeatedly told that “the transaction is being checked,” but my money has neither been returned to my Megabahis account nor refunded to my bank account. For more than 15 hours, I have been kept waiting only with the statement that the situation is “under review.” I sent the bank transfer receipt both to their e-mail addresses and via live support, but I still have not received any response or seen any concrete action taken. Due to this experience, I will never consider depositing money on this site again and I do not recommend it to anyone. I demand the immediate return of my deposit to my Garanti Bank account and a clear written explanation about why my balance was deleted and why I was kept waiting without any resolution.
