Tipobet Ignoring My Complaint After $590 Transfer


On November 29, 2025, at around 4:22 p.m., I transferred $236 from my Garanti Bank account to my Enpara account using the instant transfer method in order to deposit funds into my Tipobet account. However, the amount never appeared in my Tipobet balance. The Tipobet username I used during the transaction is “mehmetbayrak41.”
Since the transaction, I have contacted Tipobet live support almost every half hour, providing the receipt each time. They repeatedly told me to speak with my bank. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the money was successfully delivered to the receiving account. Even after sharing this confirmation with live support, I continued receiving vague responses such as “the site is being updated” or “the process will take a while.” When I contacted live support again today, they told me there was no record of my deposit at all—meaning my deposit supposedly never existed.
Despite making no mistakes, sharing the receipt multiple times, and receiving confirmation from my bank that the money was delivered to the recipient, my $236 deposit has still not been added to my account. I urgently request that my deposit be credited to my Tipobet account or, if not possible, refunded back to my bank account.
