Meetic Premium Account Blocked After Payment

I am writing regarding my 6‑month premium Meetic subscription used in Milano, Italy. Two days after paying for the sixth month, my access to my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation, and since then I have not been able to log in or use the service that I paid for. After this problem occurred, I contacted Meetic customer service, but I received a response from Match UK customer service stating that they are now allied, and despite this, my issue was not resolved. No clear reason was given for the blockage and my access has still not been restored. I also want to point out that a very similar situation happened to me in the past with another Meetic account, and again it ended without any solution or compensation, which makes this second experience even more frustrating and unfair for me. In this situation, I request that my current Meetic account be reactivated immediately so that I can use the premium service I have already paid for, or, if this is not possible, that my money for the blocked period be refunded in full. I expect a clear explanation as to why my access was blocked and a prompt, concrete solution this time.
