My MeetMe Account Was Unjustly Permanently Disabled

I had been using my MeetMe mobile app account for about two years when, approximately a week and a half ago, it was suddenly and permanently disabled. I then received a message stating that a violation of the terms had been identified, but no clear or detailed explanation was provided about what this alleged violation was. Afterwards, I contacted MeetMe support, and the only response I received was that the account I was asking about had been permanently disabled, again without any specific information or clarification about the reason. As a long‑time user, I find it very unfair that my account is closed permanently without a transparent explanation or an opportunity to clarify the situation. I kindly request that my permanently disabled account be reviewed again and reactivated, or at the very least that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason and evidence for this decision.
