I am writing regarding a Paytm deposit I made to my Parimatch account in India that has still not been credited after 10 days. The deposit was made on March 21 via Paytm, but the funds have not appeared in my Parimatch balance.
I have already contacted customer support about this issue, but it remains unresolved and my money is still stuck. This delay is very concerning, as such transactions are usually processed quickly, and I have been waiting for a long time without a clear solution.
I request that my missing deposit be handled urgently and that the funds either be credited to my Parimatch account without further delay or refunded to my Paytm wallet. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
