It has now been more than two months since I made a deposit of ₹70,000 through UPI, and I have not received a single cent back to the original account from which the money was debited. Your team keeps saying that Mishra Enterprises did not receive the payment and has repeatedly told me to check with my bank, even though I have already provided all transaction screenshots and proof.
This explanation does not make sense, because my bank has clearly confirmed that the payment was successfully completed and received by the beneficiary account, Mishra Enterprises. If my bank confirms that the money reached the beneficiary, how is it possible that XM is still claiming the payment was never received? If the funds had truly not been received by the beneficiary, the transaction should have automatically reversed within a few days.
It has now been over 60 days, which is completely unacceptable for a financial platform handling customer deposits. According to your own policy, these kinds of issues should normally be resolved within 7 business days, yet my case has been dragging on for more than two months without any proper resolution or clear explanation.
Why is it taking so long to investigate a simple transaction when I have already provided all the evidence, including the transaction ID, bank confirmation, and payment screenshots? This situation is extremely frustrating, and the lack of clear action and accountability is very disappointing.
I simply want my ₹70,000 refunded to the original bank account from which it was debited. I request that you stop sending generic responses, properly investigate this matter based on the documents I have already submitted, and return my money immediately.
