Dear Lansinoh Representatives, I purchased an electric breast pump due to its advertised quality; however, after two months, the product broke down. Despite having a warranty, I have experienced difficulties accessing the relevant support and service. I attempted to contact the phone numbers listed on your website, but I was unable to reach any representative. Furthermore, the packaging of the product does not provide sufficient information regarding the warranty process. It is quite surprising that a brand like Lansinoh, which markets its products at a high price, operates with such a lack of customer service. It also raises questions about how products can be sold under these conditions in Turkey. I kindly request that you address my issue and initiate the warranty process for my product.
