McDonald’s Order Served to Wrong Table

On 26.09.2026 at around 10:37, we ordered two menus at your McDonald’s branch on Sabahattin Zaim Boulevard in the Ozanlar area of Sakarya. Although we waited for about half an hour, our order did not arrive at our table. When I went to the cashier to ask, the staff member told me that they had prepared our order but served it to the wrong table and offered to prepare it again. When I reacted and said I did not want it and asked how such a thing could happen, I was told that they had mistakenly given it to a fixed table, and that the one person sitting there had eaten both his own order and our two menus without saying anything. This situation seriously undermined my trust in the branch. Based on what I experienced, I got the impression that the employees were extremely careless, to a level that cannot be explained with a clear mind, and this made me very uncomfortable. I expect McDonald’s to apologize to me for this incident and to take the necessary action regarding the staff at the Sabahattin Zaim Boulevard Ozanlar branch so that similar situations do not occur again.
