I want to talk about Maybelline Sky High Mascara. After applying it for two or twelve hours, no matter what I do, I can't wash it off. I've tried using different products like soap, micellar water/gel for removing eye makeup, and Vaseline, but the product is still there. When I wash my lashes for the first time, they tend to stick together. Face wash gel, soap, or makeup remover can't remove it. I'm losing my eyelashes. The product isn't waterproof. I bought it at the Watsons Brandium store on March 31, 2023. I talked to customer service and they said I can take the product to Watsons for them to check it out. I don't want to use this product because it damages my lashes and makes them fall out. I want to return the item and get my money back. Please do what needs to be done about this.
