Today, I purchased the Max Factor Miracle foundation. Unfortunately, there were no testers available in the store, and the sales consultants did not provide enough guidance. As a result, I had no choice but to buy the product without testing it first.
When I tried it at home, I was extremely disappointed. Instead of feeling like a proper foundation, it was as if I had applied nothing but oil to my face. The product offered no coverage, no finish, and is completely unusable for me.
It is very frustrating to have spent so much money on a product that does not serve its purpose at all. I am requesting either an exchange or a refund for this foundation. Customers should not be left disappointed due to the lack of testers and poor in-store assistance.
