Max Factor Dipliner From Watsons Came Watery And Had No Color
Hello, about two weeks ago I purchased a Max Factor dipliner from the Watsons store in Erzincan. This week, when I finally opened the package to use it, I was very disappointed to find that the dipliner was watery and did not give any color at all.
I went back to the store to resolve the issue, but they simply directed me to call the 0850 customer service line. Unfortunately, the line was under maintenance, so I was unable to speak with anyone and was left without a solution.
I request that my complaint be taken seriously and that my grievance be resolved promptly, either with a product replacement or refund. Customers should not face such poor product quality and lack of support after making a purchase.
