Matchpub App Stuck on Logo Screen on Android Phone

Until about two days ago, I was able to log into my Matchpub account without any issues, but for the past two days I have been unable to access the app at all. I am using an Android Oppo A16 phone, and when I try to open the app, I only see the app icon—the screen does not load, and the login screen never appears.
Because I must log in to receive support from within the app, I unfortunately cannot contact customer service through the app. My account does not have any paid packages or active payments; I was using the app entirely for free.
I request that it be checked whether my account has been blocked, and if so, that I be clearly informed of the reason and duration of the restriction. If this is a technical issue, I ask that my access to the account be restored and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the situation.
