Cannot Log In to MatchPub Account Due to Access Denied Error

I have been unable to access my MatchPub account for about six months, and I do not understand the reason. Every time I try to log in, I receive an error message denying access, and at this point, I cannot even download the app. I was a regular and active user, so this sudden restriction has made it impossible for me to use the service.

If my account has been banned or restricted, I was never informed of any violation or issue. I do not even remember my exact username, which makes it impossible for me to check what went wrong or identify which account is affected. I had always accessed my account from Türkiye and had no problems before this issue started.

I have tried to resolve the situation but have not been able to reach MatchPub support successfully. Therefore, I request that my case be reviewed in detail, that I be given a clear explanation if there is any restriction on my account, and that any unjustified block be removed. I expect a prompt response and a concrete solution so I can continue using the MatchPub app without interruption.
