So When Will I Get My Boosters Back?!

I am a Match Masters player on Android and I have repeatedly lost SE boosters and other paid items from my account due to what appears to be a technical problem in the game. Around 28/09/2026 I contacted support because my SE boosters “The Jelly 3” and “Booster Shield 3” disappeared from my account. I did not receive those items back and no proper solution was provided. Later the same problem happened again and I lost “The Jelly”, “Mixy Meow”, “Sweep It” and “Booster Shield”. I sent another message to support with a screenshot from that loss, but again I did not receive back any of my missing items. In addition to these SE boosters, I also lost a legendary booster, Monkey JooJoo, due to a technical problem, as shown in my support chat with Butler Bot on the Match Masters website. I have had several different chats with Butler Bot about these issues, including separate conversations about the SE booster Sweep, the Jelly booster and SE booster and Booster Shield, but despite following the suggested steps in each chat none of these issues were resolved and the missing boosters were not restored to my account. I now only request that my SE booster The Jelly 4, Booster Shield 4, Mixy Meow and Sweep It boosters be returned to my account, and I would be very grateful if you could restore just these boosters that I lost because of the technical problems.
