Matbet Won’t Process My Withdrawal or Update My Phone Number

Matbet told me that I needed to update my phone number before I could withdraw my money. They required me to submit a photo of my ID (front and back), a handwritten note with the date, site name, and my new phone number, along with a selfie. I sent everything as requested, and they approved my documents.

However, it has now been three days, and nothing has changed. I still can’t withdraw my money, play games, or even see my updated phone number on my account. They are delaying without reason, and I am unable to access my funds.
