I Can’t Use My Matbet Bonus Because They Won’t Update My Phone Number

I received a cash bonus in my Matbet account with the condition that I activate SMS verification to use it. However, the system still had my old phone number on file. To update it, Matbet asked me to send a selfie with my ID and a handwritten note with the date—which I did multiple times.

Despite sending over ten emails with the requested documents, each time they came back with a different excuse for not updating my GSM number. It has now been 15 days and I’m still getting nowhere. Even though I was able to complete the verification process when depositing money, they continue to block me from accessing my bonus with new and unrelated justifications.

I hadn’t logged in for a while, and when I saw I had a bonus, I came back excited—only to be met with the same runaround. This lack of consistency and support is incredibly frustrating. Matbet must stop making excuses, update my phone number, and allow me to use what’s rightfully mine.
