I Won on Matadorbet but They Deleted My Winnings Claiming “Irregularity”

I’ve been a Matadorbet member for over four years and have encountered issues before, but they were always resolved—until now. This time, the site has unfairly wiped out my winnings and refused to pay, claiming a so-called “irregularity” despite me following all the proper procedures.

I earned a substantial ₺143,000 from a Bonus Hunt, which I triggered with a legitimate ₺600 deposit. The system had previously interfered during my play: I was forcibly logged out, many of the Bonus Hunt slots I had earned were deleted, and the hunt progress was reset without reason. In a prior attempt, I had ₺13,000 wiped after my bonus winnings and regular winnings were unjustly merged.

I contacted support multiple times, including a representative named E*** Hanım, to explain exactly what happened—how the games were interrupted, bonus rounds deleted, and how I followed the rules during each step. I was even transparent about carrying over Bonus Hunt progress. I clearly communicated that I could either finish it or have it removed to comply with the terms.

Still, when I won ₺143,000 fair and square, using my own deposit with no remaining bonus balance involved, they rejected my withdrawal request. The reasoning? Yet again, “irregularities.” No proof, no clear violation—just a blanket refusal to honor the win.

To make things worse, after the rejection I deposited more money, but many of the games were suddenly closed, blocking further play. They even tried to justify it by demanding I turn ₺50,000 of bonus money into ₺1.5 million to be eligible for a withdrawal—an absolutely impossible requirement.

Matadorbet, this is not only unethical—it’s theft. I demand to know: what exactly was “irregular” about my gameplay? Did I force the system to log me out? Did I hack the games? Of course not. You’ve erased my legitimate balance because the payout was too big for your liking.

I expect my full ₺143,000 to be restored and paid out without delay. If this isn’t resolved, I will not hesitate to take legal action and go public across all platforms to expose this fraudulent behavior.
