Massimo Dutti Leather Dress Shoes Developed Sole Separation Too Soon

I purchased a pair of Massimo Dutti leather lace-up dress shoes from the Massimo Dutti online store, and I had been looking forward to wearing them. Although the shoes remained unused in my closet for some time after purchase, I have only been wearing them for about 20 days. In less than a month of normal use, the soles on both shoes began separating from the upper, with the bottom coming apart on each side.

I was genuinely disappointed because I expected much better quality from a premium brand like Massimo Dutti. I also purchased the same model in a different color, but after experiencing this defect, I have lost confidence in the durability of that pair as well. I bought these shoes because I liked the design and expected them to last for years, so such an early sole separation raises serious concerns about the product's manufacturing quality.

I request that Massimo Dutti replace my defective shoes with a new pair of the same model that is free from defects and built to the expected quality standard. I hope my complaint is resolved promptly so I can continue purchasing and using the brand with confidence.
