Marsbahis Took My Deposit and Refused to Refund or Activate My Account

I added ₺300 to my Marsbahis account, but it hasn't appeared in my balance yet. I contacted live support, and they informed me that my account was suspended and would only be reactivated once the balance hit ₺2000. This situation is frustrating because I put my money in with the expectation of using it, not being pressured to add more funds. I requested a refund because I was unable to access my funds, but they denied my request. I feel completely at a loss in this situation, especially since this was my last bit of money, and I anticipated being treated fairly. It is completely unacceptable to disregard a customer's legitimate request for a refund. I really hope they can fix this problem, but after this experience, I feel disappointed in my decision to trust Marsbahis.
