On 28.05.2025, I registered on a site called Jojobet and made a transfer of 500 TL via bank to Esra Taş. I received a notification saying that my money and 100% bonus would be credited to my account within 10 minutes, but I noticed that neither my money nor my bonus was credited within the specified time, so I messaged live support about the situation. They told me that I needed to deposit at least 2000 TL to participate in the games, and that if I deposited 1500 TL, I would reach 2000 TL and could play with 4000 TL including my bonus, and that I could withdraw my deposited money at any time. When I tried to deposit another 1500 TL, I received a notification that the minimum amount I could deposit was 2000 TL, so I had to transfer 2000 TL again via bank to Esra Taş. My intention was to withdraw the money I deposited because I thought I was being scammed, and the account would not be activated unless the minimum amount was deposited. In total, I deposited 2500 TL and while waiting for my account to be activated, I noticed that my account was restricted and I could not perform any transactions. I explained the situation again to the representative via live chat, and they asked for the receipts, which I sent. They told me, 'Your account was restricted because you made too many transactions, deposit another 2500 TL and your account will be activated with a 5000 TL bonus,' which was nonsense. I realized that they are scammers and I will continue to file complaints until my grievance is resolved.
