Marks And Spencer Out-of-Stock Complaint

On November 18, 2025, I purchased a product from the M&S website “marksandspencer.com.tr” with order number 3082375853214846. On November 24, 2025—exactly one week later—M&S sent me a text message saying that the product was out of stock, they would not be able to ship it, and my refund would be processed within 1–3 days. This is what carelessness looks like; does it really take a full week to realize the item is out of stock? Unbelievable. Companies behaving this way should face serious consequences. Everyone should do their job properly. I appreciated the brand, but clearly I was mistaken… I expected more competence, but it seems that’s asking too much.
