Mapfre Insurance Refuses to Replace Damaged Car Parts After Accident

Dear Mapfre Insurance, I'm writing to voice my unhappiness with how you dealt with the claim I filed following a car accident. On February 8th, 2023, I was involved in a traffic accident that left my car severely damaged, with the rim and steering box requiring attention. Your insurance expert prepared a report stating that these parts could be repaired instead of being replaced with new ones. However, it is clear to me that repairing these critical parts of the car would compromise its balance, and ultimately, my safety on the road. I expected better from Mapfre, especially in such an easy-to-solve problem. It is frustrating to be in such a situation, and I urge you to reconsider your approach to this claim. Please change this annoying decision as soon as possible.
