Mapfre-Ray Insurance Traffic Damage Dispute

I am currently dealing with an annoying situation involving Mapfre traffic insurance. Despite Tramer records indicating that we are 8/8 defective, Mapfre Insurance refuses to pay Ray Insurance for the damage amount of the other vehicle. As a result, Ray Insurance has started legal action against us for the payment of the amount. We contacted Mapfre Insurance and provided all of the requested information, but they claim there is a problem with the job and forwarded the issue to the recourse teams, who promised to contact us but never did. Since March 3, 2023, we have sent emails and made phone calls but have received no response. Ray Insurance challenged us with a salary lien because they did not give us enough time to complete the review process. We are frustrated and helpless because we do not know what to do. Mapfre Insurance should be ashamed of their lawyers' indifference, investigation, and lack of response.
