I have difficulty canceling my Mantal subscription, how can I cancel it successfully?

To cancel your Mantal subscription, log in to your Mantal account and go to the Administration → Subscription → Manage Subscription section where you’ll find a Cancel subscription option; select a reason and confirm to stop auto-renewal at the end of your current billing cycle.

Once canceled, you won’t be charged again, but you can still access the platform until that cycle ends and you can reactivate later if needed.

If you can’t find the cancellation option, ensure you are an account admin or contact Mantal support via the support email provided in your billing or help pages for assistance with cancellation.
