My Mango Wallet Order Missing For A Month


I bought a wallet from Mango on April 19th, and it's been quite a while but it hasn't shown up yet. Today's date is May 13th, which is almost a month later. Whenever I reach out to customer service, they claim to have access to my order details but are unable to provide any information regarding the whereabouts of the product. If my order cannot be delivered, I expect to receive a refund. This level of uncertainty is not acceptable. Can you please provide an update on the status of my product, Mango?
